Under general supervision, conducts specialized administrative duties to support the Human Resources department by performing a variety of administrative duties.
Location: Chesapeake, VA or Chula Vista, CA
Salary Range: $49,000 to $71,700

Your Challenge
Assist department in conducting a variety of human resources programs and processes. Perform routine filing, scanning, and archiving of records to ensure record retention compliance. Assist with recruiting and the onboarding process. Prepare and conduct new employee orientation. Coordinate various new hire processes such as E-Verify, I-9 compliance, assigning and tracking required training and issuance of equipment based on client requirements. Maintain Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) records, ensuring data accuracy through self-audits and reports. Provide backup to HR team in their absence. What You Bring
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Strong collaborator with the ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment. Initiative-taking, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish goals. One (1+) plus years of prior administrative experience Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources is preferred. Experience with Workday is preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.). Must be a sole US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance. Who We Are
