- Conduct general office administration for two companies: Coffee Enterprises (testing and consulting to the coffee and tea industries) and Dan Cox & Associates (consulting and expert witness for coffee litigations).
- Administrator for day-to-day business operations including, but not limited to, bookkeeping, banking, payroll and human resources.
- Business Finance: Accounts payable (A/P) and receivable (A/R), banking, coordinating with company accountants.
- General Office Responsibilities: Complete all day to day needs of the office, including shipping and mailing, communication, marketing, filing, and working with outside vendors for IT services.
- Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and Gusto
