- Massachusetts Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system.
- Through our personalized programming, we help youth gain stability, comfort and confidence to overcome all challenges and live well.
- Daily tasks include but are not limited to coordination of client discharges, intake assessments of new clients, auditing of in home medications and medication administration records, management of new medication orders and training of staff for new diagnoses.
- The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of basic nursing concepts including pharmacology.
- Knowledge of 6400 regulations are a plus but we will train the right candidate.
