- We are currently seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to manage and coordinate overnight care in the ICU for Cardiac Thoracic post-surgery patients from 7p-7a.
- The ideal candidate needs to have the ability to manage high-acuity patients and can prioritize care based on each patient's needs, be detailed oriented and maintain an open line of communication, and model a collaborative, professional relationship with all staff.
- Works in an inpatient critical care area that also provides mechanical circulatory support.
- The Nurse Practitioner should be proficient in Chest Tube Placement, Thoracentesis and Paracentesis, Central Line placement and management; lines, Swans, IABP management, CRRT management, and Ventilator management.
- An Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner degree is required.
