- The Technical Product Support organization plays a critical role at Veeco working directly with our customers and Field Service representatives.
- Veeco is looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Product Support Engineer located in San Jose, CA. In this role the NPI PSE is responsible for the Service Product Life Cycle (PLC) deliverables, which includes preparing the Service organization for launch.
- As the liaison between the factory, field service personnel and customers, the NPI PSE will deliver support at all levels of equipment operation, participate in various customer account meetings, responding to escalations through coordination of factory resources and execute these supportive efforts through to resolution.
- Provides on the job training to field service engineers during installations and service escalations
