- Your primary responsibility is to provide Change Management and escalated Incident Management functions to GNOSC (Government Network Operations and Security Center) customers in a 24x7 environment.
- You will be part of a team that will support a Tier 1-2 organization through incident handling, training, creation of documentation and working technical project.
- Test and repair software/hardware/routing issues in the customer WAN/LAN environment•
- Excellent working and troubleshooting knowledge of Routing Protocols and Multiple CPE vendors: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc.
