- The Sales Counselor’s primary responsibility is to embrace an active sales culture to generate new home sales by utilizing all available tools to demonstrate value, sell and close homes with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.
- Proactively utilize Hubspot to manage the discovery and follow-up strategies of all new leads and guests effectively and efficiently.
- Provide all pertinent community, homesite, floorplan, and pricing information.
- Tools to include, but not limited to: Hubspot, Smartsheet, Google Docs, and more.
- Know and be familiar with the area around your home-base community – interstates, shopping, schools, areas of interest, etc.
