- The Krogan lab applies Systems Biology approaches such as proteomics and functional genomics, as well as biochemistry, computational biology, and bioinformatics to unravel the molecular networks underpinning neurodevelopmental/psychiatric and neurodegenerative diseases, as well as cancer and infectious diseases.
- Our current neuroscience projects include research on tauopathies, pain, autism spectrum disorder, schizophrenia, and others.
- We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative scientist for the Professional Researcher series with a keen interest in investigating molecular networks in neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders.
- Required Qualifications: PhD and postdoctoral experience in Neuroscience, Cell/Molecular Biology or related fieldsExperience in handling of iPSCs and neuronal differentiation Extensive experience in designing and executing molecular biology experiments, cell culture optimization and cell-based assays.
