- The Network Support Technician Lead coordinates and monitors all duties of the Network Support Technicians in a leadership role.
- The Network Support Technician Lead is responsible for providing Huntsville Hospital users with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness of work orders.
- The Network Support Technician coordinates and monitors support for installation, upgrades and maintenance of all hardware and software in the LAN and WAN environment.
- Extensive knowledge of DOS operating system, Windows operating systems, installing computer software, computer hardware and related equipment, installing memory, installing and configuring hard drives, and network cards, installing and maintaining printers and jet directs and inventory control and work order systems.
- With 971 beds, a specialized Orthopedic & Spine Tower, a Level III Regional Neonatal ICU, and the largest Emergency Department and Level 1 Trauma Center in the state with our own specialized Red Shirt Trauma Program, there are many opportunities to apply your knowledge and skills.
