- The National Sales Training Director is responsible for driving the creation and execution of a sales education and learning strategy and material.
- The National Sales Training Director will lead development of the sales training function - continuously working with senior leaders to ensure our training program provides best-in-class training courses to our team that are easy to attend and evaluate.
- Hire and successfully onboard new members of the sales training function
- 5-8 years of experience in performance consulting, instructional design, and/or technical training in a corporate environment with 2 years of experience in a managerial role
- Experience designing both in-person and virtual training or instructional design programs - including in-person programs across a field-based / remote organization.
