- Darigold B2B business, with a priority focus on growing Private Label butter packaged goods, has an exciting opportunity for an accomplished National Sales Manager to create sustainable value for our century-old farmer-owned company.
- The National Accounts Manager – This would be responsible for the management of existing and new Private Label butter accounts.
- As a member of the B2B Sales team, reporting to a Senior Director of Sales, this role will require analytical agility, customer savvy, and business systems acumen to maximize total enterprise value with customers across the butter portfolio and its product offerings including raw milk as an input, market conditions and futures insight related to the CME, ingredient costs with service and growth in the private label packaged butter area as the priority.
- Additionally, this role must be experienced in handling and cultivating new business opportunities as well as complex contract negotiations, RFP and bid cycle proposals related to Private Label packaged butter.
- Delivering B2B products AOP objectives and initiatives to include but not limited to volume and customer expansion, net sales, margin over milk, customer service, fill rate, and retention metrics.
