Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li> Create a safe and stimulating environment with age-appropriate activities </li> <li> Prepare meals and snacks for the client </li> <li> Assist with basic care provider duties such as feeding, diapering, and bathing </li> <li> Help with homework and school projects as needed </li> <li> Maintain open communication with family and provide updates on the client's daily activities and progress </li> <li> Light housekeeping tasks related to the client, such as washing dishes and tidying up toys </li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li> Must have a smartphone </li> <li> First Aid and CPR Certified or willing to get certified within 90 days </li> <li> At least two (2) years of proven professional experience as a child or adult care provider (nanny, babysitter, daycare worker, caregiver, etc.) </li> <li> Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices </li> <li> Good communication and organizational skills </li> <li> A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and valid car insurance (preferred) </li> </ul> Education: <ul> <li> High school diploma or equivalent required </li> </ul> Pay: $21.00 Benefits: <ul> <li> Weekly pay (45% more than the national average) </li> <li> $600 sign-on bonus* </li> <li> $100 referral bonus for every care provider referred </li> <li> Performance-based bonuses </li> <li> Flexible work schedule </li> </ul> *Eligible to be paid after completing 40 hours/week for the first 30 days.
