- For over 50 years, MHMR has provided community-based services for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health conditions, and substance use disorders, as well as babies and young children with developmental delays.
- The Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Program Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and building the 24/7 MST program and team under the Child & Family Services Division of MHMR. In this role you will train and support licensed therapists and credentialed Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) to provide intervention services to families with children and youth who have intensive behavioral and/or mental health needs (ages 3 years until the child turns 18 years old).
- As the MST Program Director, you will impact families, children, youth, and the community by ensuring intense behavioral and mental health needs are met so that families and the community will be a safe place for all.
- current Texas license as an LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- three years’ experience in health and human services, counseling, or social work-related field
