- Performs clinical diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and other procedures associated with the production of MRI images.
- Essential: standing, sitting, walking, stooping/bending, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking, lifting/carrying usual weight of 1 pound up to 30 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds; horizontal lift/carry up to 50 pounds, and repetitive arm and wrist movement consistent with computer/mouse usage.
- Exposure to working with magnetic field (NO pacemakers, neurostimulators, etc.)
- Minimal exposure to Cyrogens, Nitrogen, and Helium, used as a coolant for the MRI machine.
- Current certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (A.R.R.T
