Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 yearly Responsibilities: Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines Qualifications: Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies About Company CityScape Metro Group has grown by over 400% in the past year and it wasn't by accident.
