- OTA is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Specialist (Indicators and Data) to perform a wide range of analytical, technical, administrative, and advisory functions related to the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) process, specifically related to indicator development, indicator baselining, data collection and management, and data analysis.
- This position is located at OTA headquarters in Washington, DC. After a probationary period, telework may be allowed, but this is not a remote work position.
- Broadly, the Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Specialist reports to the Performance Budgeting Manager and supports Performance Management and M&E efforts at OTA, with a focus on performance indicator development, data collection and management, and data analysis, in support of robust project design.
- The Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Specialist supports the development of technical monitoring and evaluation plans, indicator development, baseline data collection, data management, analysis, and topical research within respective technical area(s) of focus.
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree and five to ten years of progressively responsible experience in impact monitoring and evaluation, international development, or foreign assistance project design.
