- The Mobile Device Specialist (formally Technical Support Specialist) provides customer service for our Government Client with cell phone and smartphone inventory and solves technical problems on mobile devices.
- Essential functions:Manage the mobile device program, including: maintaining a cell phone inventory, and providing printer consumable ordering information based on inventory and usage metrics.
- Essential job skills are technical abilities, smart phone support, troubleshooting & repair on iPhones and flip phones.
- Diagnose problems and make minor repair of mobile devices, computers, and other IT equipment.
- Inventory management receiving shipments, restocking, and able to lift 50 lbs.
