- Mobile Crisis Response Community Worker (MCRCW) will work in partnership with the therapist to provide mental health services in the community in order to deescalate crisis, assess the mental health needs of the families and individuals, coordinate services with other providers, and make necessary referrals.
- The mobile crisis response team will work in collaboration with the LAPD to respond to non-violent calls in the community that may have a social services impact including but not limited to (a) mental health, (b) substance abuse, (c) suicide threats, (d) behavioral distress, (e) conflict resolution, and (f) welfare checks;
- The Mobile Crisis Response Community Worker will work in 12-hour shifts from 9am-9pm with no on-call responsibility when off shift.
- The position will work three-day work week followed by a four-day work week on a rotating basis Monday-Sunday.
- The Mobile Crisis Response Community Worker is dedicated to providing needed services within the community and is passionate about attending to the safety and well-being of the people in the local communities.
