- Position Summary:The Military Field Sales Representative (MFSR) will manage and build distributor relationships, educate, and motivate distributor reps to gain new distribution, build volume in existing military accounts, execute at the chain level within an assigned territory.
- The candidate will manage distributor/Bottler military business results in the Coca Cola Operating Unit assigned region/district and be responsible for the success of the company in that respective military territory.
- Training distributors’ sales representatives and newly hired FSR personnel as required on product knowledge and Company sales methodologies, procedures and current promotions.
- Ensuring that distributors’ merchandising personnel adequately service accounts based on sales achieved and shelf/floor space obtained by FSR.Maximize the sale and distribution of all company products in the assigned region through the establishment and appropriate execution of local and national sales programs.
- Ensure the Sales Team understands and adheres to Company standards and operating proceduresApply a sales strategy to target key markets and establish a dominant presence in the Territory; execute promotional programs and activities with key partnersArranging for regular vehicle maintenance and record keeping of that maintenance as well as ensuring that the vehicle is kept clean and well-organized to provide for a professional product and Company image.
