- OverviewJob Summary:This position is in the Systems Oversight Division, Bureau of Global Talent Management Executive Office (GTM/EX/SOD).
- The Communications, Learning and Development Team (CLD) is responsible for developing a broad range of communication strategies and training aids in support of the agency's Integrated Personnel Management System (IPMS) program (domestic and overseas).
- The Training Developer/Consultant participates in the analysis of training needs, generation of ideas, and development and implementation of instructor-led, virtual, and computer-based training (CBT), manuals, simulations, user guides, job aids, FAQ documents, Webcast, Webinars, and other web-based tools.
- ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:Responsible for a training portfolio of applications and provide training and organizational change management support for those applications.
- Design, develop, and deliver a variety of training materials as needed, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), virtual, CBT, web-based training tools, user guides and job aids.
