- The Customer and Retail Technology (CRT) team is responsible for the product management, design, engineering and ongoing sustainment of all customer-facing digital products.
- This includes the Starbucks Rewards app, all digital consumer marketing platforms, the Point of Sale, and the various customer facing software and hardware solutions in our stores.
- Driving operational excellence and scale by establishing objectives and key results (OKRs) and leading transformation within the BSO, PMO and across CRT.
- Serve as the CRT liaison for the procure to pay process including processing contracts / POs and ensuring vendor invoices are being submitted on time, allocated to the correct budget, and paid in a timely fashion including accrual and reclass management.
- Lead the team as they perform financial activities in support of the CRT organization, e.g. monthly accruals, quarterly budget forecasting, invoice processing and contracts submissions, etc
