- Translate and align brand-level activities with retail marketing & communications approach that integrates and amplifies Rimac’ brand activities across the NAR partner network.
- In alignment with Rimac global leadership, develop a consistent regional brand & marketing KPI tracking approach measuring brand engagement and other relevant KPI’s.
- Such operational programs will include but not be limited to the following: (1) Retail Network Development, (2) Operating Standards & Policy Development, (3) CRM System and Technology Application Programs, (4) Training Initiatives, (5) Financial Service Program Development, (6) Financial Statement/ Composite Development etc.
- Drive all commercial strategies and programs on a retail level on a daily basis across the NAR Dealer network with accountability for both brand and retail metrics including: Brand engagement, Dealer engagement, new vehicle order intake, configuration, and delivery targets.
- Drive target achievements Dealer-by-Dealer across the NAR network
