Mental Health Therapist - LCSW and/or the state equivalent of an independent license. Responsibilities of Mental Health Therapist: <ul><li>Rendering evidence–based therapeutic treatment to patients </li><li>Providing an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone</li><li>Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable</li><li>Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services</li><li>Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company guidelines </li></ul>Qualifications of a Mental Health Therapist: <ul><li>Active LCSW, LICSW, LASW, LMHC, LPC, LCMHC, LPCI, LCPC, LMFT and/or state equivalent of independent license. </li><li>1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment</li><li>1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR</li><li>Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and private, quiet space for sessions </li></ul>Preferred Requirements of a Mental Health Therapist: <ul><li>Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese </li><li>EMDR</li><li>DBT</li><li>Prior tele-health or remote experience </li><li>Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team</li><li>Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients </li></ul>Compensation: In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the compensation for this position ranges from $58,000 - $89,000. Note wages may vary based on license level, productivity, experience, location, and skills. We also have Hybrid payment model (productivity based) and contractor rates available.
