- Bachelors Degree : from an accredited program in the area of human services, which includes but is not limited to : psychology, sociology, political science, counseling, criminal justice, pastoral counseling, elementary/special education or family therapy (Required)
- 1 Year experience in direct patient care with an education level of Bachelors degree or 2 Years experience (paid or unpaid) in direct patient care in a human services field with an education level of Associates Degree or 5 Years experience (paid or unpaid) in direct patient care in a human services field with an education level of High School Diploma.
