- We take a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to our work and center the needs of young people impacted by racism and other forms of oppression and marginalization.
- This position provides direct clinical mental health services and intensive collateral support to youth who are involved in Ramsey County Juvenile Probation services and their families.
- This position will work in close partnership with Face to Face’s Youth Justice Program and Ramsey County Juvenile Probation.
- Provide therapy services which may occur in a drop-in, in-home, clinic, probation office, juvenile detention center, telehealth, or community setting.
- Provide individual, family, couple, and/or group therapy for youth in drop-in, shelter and/or transitional housing programs as well as outpatient or in-home therapy for clients.
