- Central City Concern is an innovative nonprofit agency providing comprehensive services to single adults and families in the Portland metro area who are impacted by homelessness, poverty, and addictions.
- The Mental Health Counselor (QMHP) works as a member of a primarily culturally specific, multidisciplinary, outreach mobile team called the Karibu Community Care Team. The Mental Health Counselor works integrated between the Imani Center Outpatient Program and the Karibu Stabilization Treatment Program (STP).
- This QMHP will assist the team in providing a scope of personalized services to formerly incarcerated and at-risk Black American clients who are referred to the Karibu program by way of the Multnomah County Department of Community Justice and the community.
- Central City Concern is looking to hire a Mental Health Clinician for our African American Culturally Specific Program!
- Must be registered with appropriate OR State licensing board to meet, at minimum, QMHP-R certification.
