Starting Salary: Mental Health Assistant: $17.56 - $20.19 per hour rate based on experience. Mental Health Assistants utilize the Clubhouse Standards as a best-practice and follow the strengths-based models to facilitate member engagement. Requirements to join us: Candidates must be committed to our shared values and commitment to community care including clinical excellence, community inclusion, community benefit, innovation, integrated care and improvement. Our collaborative approach to treatment requires strong teaming skills. This is a dynamic, team-oriented position with great opportunities to grow. High school diploma Valid Chauffeurs Driver's License and good driving record. Ability to actively engage persons with mental illness. Strong relationship building skills preferred. Some evening, weekend and holiday shifts required. Job Specific Requirements: Experience working with adults with mental illness preferred. Experience working in a Clubhouse setting preferred. Experience in working with electronic medical records preferred. Ability to work as part of a team of professionals in a public mental health setting required.
