- To process our members’ financial transactions and informational needs and offer product suggestions and assistance with all eCommerce products by phone or internet while consistently providing WOW Member Service.
- The Solutions Specialist will be the primary support for the Credit Union phone volume and be in a rotation for email and ticket coverage.
- Basic transaction responsibilities include but are not limited to, performing financial transactions including telephone requests for withdrawals, transfers, lines of credit, credit card payments.
- Solicits loan applications taking advantage of all cross-sale opportunities, Including CUNA insurance.
- Excellent verbal and listening skills; strong grammar and writing skills to be able to respond to member e-mails and web chat efficiently and professionally.
