- Member Contact Specialists act as the virtual branch for many of our members locally and nationally answering inbound calls, emails, and live chats.
- This includes, but is not limited to, follow up via email, fax, live chat, and mail.
- This position is 40-hours a week; candidates must be able to work between the hours of 7:30 a.m. CST and as late as 5:30 p.m. CST on a rotating schedule Monday through Friday.
- The Member Contact Center is housed at the Operations Center in Onalaska, WI, however work from home / remote work opportunities can be considered for those candidates who live within Altra's approved remote states: CO, FL, GA, IA, MI, MN, NJ, NC, TN, TX, and WI.
