- This Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs nursing functions to support and enhance the Community Umbrella Agency’s (CUA) capacity to address the needs of children with medical complexities and or children who are medically vulnerable.
- This is a support that is offered in the home of children receiving In-Home services and supports the needs of all children CUwide as it relates to serving planning consultation, tracking of medical records, assessing and monitoring progress of children with medical conditions.
- Must demonstrate genuine empathy and concern for individuals as indicated in NET's vison, mission, and values statements.
- Adhere to applicable city, county, state, federal laws, regulations, NET, NET Community Care, policies, and Department of Human Services (DHS) city and state, CBH licensure and CARF standards.
