Candidates must live in the Pacific Time Zone or be willing to work 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. A working knowledge of NextGen is highly preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Answering incoming phone calls without delay</li><li>Ensuring patient information is accurate, including billing information</li><li>Researching authorization benefits with insurance companies or online websites</li><li>Identifying all patient accounts accurately based on PPO, HMO, or other managed care organization coverage</li><li>Accurately and timely completes data entry, including but not limited to authorizations and benefits</li><li>Informing patients of medical office procedures and policies</li><li>Validating and processing refund requests from patient calls</li></ul>

Qualifications:
