- Job Summary: The Media Production Specialist serves as the organization's expert in digital media, photography, and videography, and supports both internal and external communication initiatives.
- The Media Production Specialist manages all aspects of the organization's media production needs, including scheduling, coordinating production, conducting interviews, directing, editing, publishing, providing creative direction pre- and post-production, and managing studio and field productions.
- This position also serves as the organization's primary Photographer and Videographer, manages all video and photography, and assists in the creation, editing, and management of web, digital, and social media content while maintaining the Peak Vista website and Intranet (Quick Peak/SharePoint).
- Directs and leads all photography and video production for events, promotional materials, internal and external communications, including but not limited to: training videos, interviews, clinic/staff spotlights, messaging from leadership, internal messaging, events, and ad/promo spots for various platforms
- Manages and coordinates all of Peak Vista's audio-visual needs for internal/external meetings, events, livestreams, town halls, presentations, etc., including setup of speakers, microphones, and music as needed.
