- Able to adapt to changes in client objectives, priorities or budgets while minimizing impact on project momentum
- o Master the buying process for TV, radio and cable including but not limited to LPM, Metered and Diary markets for TV and PPM and diary markets for radio.
- In cable, have a full understanding of interconnects and soft systems and rating based on LPM, Fusion or NDM.
- o The Media Buyer should have a working knowledge of several syndicated tools to assist their decisions when building a media buy for a client or specific campaign.
- Several systems with regular use in the department include MediaOcean, Nielsen TV ratings, Nielsen Audio ratings SQAD and other relevant research tools.
