- Have you always wanted to learn to work on Airplanes or become a licensed aircraft mechanic?
- The work of the Unlicensed Aircraft Technician is to open and close aircraft panels working with mechanic hand tools.
- The job duties consist of using hand tools to remove screws on access panels of the aircraft, performing limited aircraft maintenance, cleaning grease grime in wheel wells and aircraft underbelly, removing corrosion protection, and working with different chemicals.
- Must be able to perform the following functions in variable weather conditions as well as environmental conditions, i.e. jet engine fumes, chemical emissions, dust, and jet engine noise, and work from heights.
- Cognitive skills to check condition, clean, sort, count, salvage and/or store equipment, and assemble kits.
