- Receive, process, cut, trim, scrape, package, tie, wrap, weigh, price and label meat products more than 50% of the time on average.
- Must have completed meat/seafood butcher and culinary training program and or have passed a meat skills test.
- Maintain supplies and identify all cuts of meat and seafood.
