- They will also help to coordinate and manage CBS Marketing organization-wide communications mechanisms including quarterly town hall meetings, team development activities, as well as creating opportunities for connectivity and community across the various business units (Entertainment, Sports, News, Franchise, CBS Media Ventures, and Studios).
- Provide insight to VP, Marketing Operations of progress on key priorities, projects and initiatives
- Attend key planning meetings with the VP, Marketing Operations and manage follow-up on commitments and action items
- Prepare content, presentations and follow up to be used by the VP, Marketing Operations for internal and external meetings.
- Partnering with HR and Learning & Development to ensure opportunities for individuals to meet peers, shadow in other teams, and develop skills.
