- Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the Marketing Manager, Customer Relationships leads the charge in ideating and executing marketing initiatives for Tubulars global customer base to support and accelerate growth and retention.
- You will be accelerating customer onboarding, adoption, expansion and retention through programs, both high-touch and at scale, in close partnership with product marketing, account managers, and customer success teams.
- Amplify the customer voice through strategic storytelling - video, case studies, quotes, webinars, social media, campaigns, research, event speakers, reviews, etc.
- Own and optimize email marketing as a key communication channel for customer experience.
- Manage peer review sites like G2, TrustRadius and others, ensuring that we continually receive new reviews, and use the platforms to source new content.
