- The incumbent will create and implement a multi-channel content strategy that includes email, website, social media, video, and more.
- The Marketing Manager, Content Strategy will also lead, coach, and mentor their direct reports, which include a Content Marketing Specialist and Visual Designer.
- Develop and refine content marketing strategy across channels by using data to assess content performance.
- Develop messaging pillars that drive content development; socialize messaging pillars with HR and L&D teams to weave into internal communications and training.
