- The Marketing Manager – Consumer is responsible for product and integrated marketing strategy, planning, and execution to support one or more of the Consumer lines of businesses in achieving growth objectives.
- This may include Community Banking (Retail), Business Banking, Consumer Lending (HELOC), and Wealth Management.
- Develop overall vision and strategy for dedicated lines of consumer marketing as assigned, ensuring strategic plans are aligned with overall organizational growth strategy and Byline brand.
- As needed, specifically for product offerings that Marketing will bring to market, own product development and commercialization with internal operations and compliance teams.
- Collaborate with the LOB and internal/external marketing partners to develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on driving revenue, lead generation, driving customer conversion, mitigating attrition, and improving overall retention and customer value.
