- The Marketing Event Specialist oversees many aspects of marketing events including: planning and executing regional tradeshows, associated networking/after-hour events, speaking engagements, management of collateral and event materials, assist with internal MCG events where needed and assist with timely budget reconciliation.
- Manage sub-set of end-to-end logistics for regional and third-party events, inclusive of registration process, food and beverage, venue research, registration support, entertainment, conference booth production, transportation, etc
- Assists with onsite support as needed by supervising booth set-up, organizing staff and handling any onsite issues that arise.
