- This role is responsible for trade show management, which includes promotional planning, lead generation and the tracking of all sales and marketing metrics.
- Organize and maintain all trade show displays, materials and premiums.
- Assist Creative Director with a wide range of administrative responsibilities such as scheduling customer promotions and collateral development, managing the annual events calendar and organizing the Surface Shields collateral library.
- Update company CRM system with accurate customer and prospect data to improve email marketing and increase conversion rates.
- Responsible for providing new, innovative and creative ideas pertaining to graphic design from concept to implementation for electronic and traditional media.
