- Job Summary: As a member of the Marketing leadership team, the Marketing Communications Manager oversees the team's management of brand design and voice, and the development of content for use in all marketing channels, including website, email, advertising, sales materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Effectively manage others by consistently applying INTRUST's supervisor and manager expectations: relationship management; feedback; coaching and development; establishing effective work culture expectations; critical thinking; business acumen; and resource management.
- Guide internal and external resources in the development of marketing communications for use in all channels including but not limited to advertising, blog articles, public relations, sales materials, customer communications, social media, and web copy.
- Oversee the company's brand guidelines to ensure consistency in use, appropriate application for varying audiences, and the acceptable evolution of design and voice.
- Minimum of seven years' experience in marketing communications required.
