- The Director of Marketing, Communications & Digital Strategies plays a key role in the planning, developing, implementing and monitoring of the strategic marketing, communication and digital strategies for North Oaks Health System.
- This position leads the digital marketing strategies for the enterprise, directs the creation of content for the consumer-facing website, oversees the enterprise social media platforms, directs all internal communications and oversees the development and production of North Oaks’ publications.
- The Director of Marketing, Communications & Digital Strategies is involved in strategic and budgetary decision-making for the department and has significant involvement in developing, managing and overseeing the annual budgets for the department.
- The scope of oversight also includes web strategy and development, digital engagement, mobile and interactive platform management, lead generation and conversion via search engine marketing and other digital marketing strategies, and the management of consumer-facing tools (including physician search, online appointment scheduling and apps).
- To achieve these objectives, the Director of Marketing, Communications & Digital Strategies will be highly knowledgeable of the system’s business objectives, stay abreast of the latest digital trends and best practices to adopt as appropriate, routinely interface with the health system’s operational, medical and nursing leaders, and assist in the selection of strategic relationships with various agencies and technology vendors.
