- Reports to: Marketing Sales Support Manager
- The responsibilities of this martech-focused position cross several functions within the department and will be tasked with tactical execution and maintenance of sales prospecting tools, assisting with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application functions and workflows, ownership of brand assets and more.
- Acts as liaison between the sales and marketing teams to communicate customer relationship CRM application needs.
- This includes driving continuous improvement within the processes of asset review and refresh, organization, auditing of assets, onboarding/training of new users, and troubleshooting.
- Any travel to a customer’s facilities is for the purpose of landing new accounts and ensuring the next purchase order is placed with existing accounts.
