- Responsible for design, production, and distribution of all GBHS communications including advertisements, brochures, posters and signage, television, radio, annual report, print and electronic newsletters, print and electronic appeals, website, and new media.
- Conduct regular market research, customer feedback loops, reviews, and trends to inform strategic marketing, communications, and public relations decisions.
- Stay informed about developments in the fields of marketing, communications and public relations, not-for-profit management and governance, and the specific business of the GBHS and use this information to help the GBHS operate with initiative and innovation.
- Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/ public relations function and its activities; monitor progress; assure adherence; and evaluate performance.
