- As a Customer & Business Intelligence Manager at Kyocera, you will be responsible for developing the tools, platforms, and processes by which the company collects and analyzes both business performance data and customer research.
- The Customer & Business Intelligence Manager will also develop and implement surveys to collect customer intelligence for use in market segmentation, customer process performance requirements, or competitive analysis that will be used by leadership to prioritize business initiatives based on customer interests.
- Write and distribute regular research papers about customer or employee trends based on survey research
- Prior exposure to working with a CRM (preferably with Hubspot or Salesforce)
- Proficiency with VOC/CX surveying methods and platforms (such as Qualtrics)
