- To succeed in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field and their Professional Engineer (PE) certification and/or NJ Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) certification.
- Development and implementation of comprehensive site investigations to characterize contaminants in sediments, soil, air, surface water, and groundwater.
- Overall management (including operation, maintenance, and monitoring) of various environmental remediation systems (e.g., soil vapor extraction (SVE), enhanced in-situ bioremediation (eISB), in-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO), permeable reactive barriers (PRB), and groundwater extraction and treatment).
- Bachelor or Masters of Science or Engineering in Environmental Science, Geology, Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, or other engineering or related earth science discipline.
- Experience with CERCLA, RCRA, Brownfields and Voluntary regulatory programs, including local state regulatory programs.
