- Implement and deploy innovative talent development strategies, inclusive of contemporary approaches, experiences, operations, performance analytics and evaluation.
- Ensure all aspects of development incorporate and strengthen the district's commitment to racial equity and inclusion.
- Maximum Salary Minimum Salary Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in related area of study organizational development, leadership development, industrial/organizational psychology) or related fields from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Subject matter expertise in adult learning theory, modern learning practices, adaptive leadership, and best practices for instructional design.
