- The Payroll Manager supervises and coordinates the day-to-day payroll operations ensuring that over 30,000 associates in nearly all states are paid timely and accurately , adherence to various federal, state & local laws as well as company policies & SOX Controls.
- The Payroll Manager will model our passion for helping customers by being empowered to make a difference.
- Oversee payroll processing activities while ensuring accounting accuracy, completeness, adherence to SOX Controls ; manage resources appropriately to balance workload and ensure key performance metrics are met.
- Assist the Senior Manager and/or Director with staff communications, issue resolution , goal setting , and maintaining fiduciary duties and accounting standards.
- 5 + years of multi-state payroll environment, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Internal Controls, Accounting Compliance, or equivalent experience required.
