- As a member of the management team, the main responsibilities of the Manager of Operations are: oversight of training, facilities needs, program data and evaluation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and event planning.
- The Manager of Operations is a member of the regional leadership team and is responsible for oversight of training, facility needs, program data and evaluation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and event planning.
- The Manager of Operations ensures the appropriate identification, delegation, and completion of all projects and department-wide tasks via supervision of regional administrative staff members [Health information Specialists, Program Assistants etc.
- Our programs are deeply engaged in conversations and training on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to bring equity and justice to the youth and families we serve.
- Coordinate Regional and County specific projects or events such as: hosting key county stakeholders, staff community building events, and staff/leadership retreat days, office moves, donations etc.
